THIS COVERAGE HAS ONE LINE ATTRIBUTE CONSISTING OF A LINE COLOR NUMBER. THIS COVERAGE AS TWO POLYGON ATTRIBUTES CONSISTING OF A SUBDIVISION CODE THAT IS ASSIGNED THROUGH THE CITY/COUNTY DEVELOPMENT OFFICE AND A POLYGON SHADE COLOR NUMBER. AN EXTERNAL DATA BASE FILE CAN BE JOINED TO THIS COVERAGE WHICH CONSISTS OF THE PLAT CODE, PLAT NAME, YEAR PLAT WAS FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK, MONTH PLAT WAS FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK, AND THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT CODE.

Process description:
THE CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: BY WYOMING STATE STATUES EACH SUBDIVISION PLAT MAP MUST BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE. EACH PLAT MUST BE TIED TO THE CITY OF CHEYENNE LOCAL COORDINATE CONTROL GRID. EACH PLAT MUST HAVE 2 POINTS ON THE PLAT BOUNDARY LABELED WITH THE CITY CONTROL COORDINATES. USING ARC/INFO COGO PROGRAM 2 ADDITIONAL COORDINATES ARE CALCULATED GIVING A TOTAL OF 4 COORDINATES FOR THE PLAT BOUNDARY. USING THIS COORDINATES,  AN AML IS USED TO CONVERT THE CITY LOCAL COORDINATES TO WYOMING STATE PLANE ZONE 4901. THE PLAT IS THEN REGISTERED TO THE DIGITIZER AND THE LINES AND LABELS ARE THEN DIGITIZED IN. AFTER FEATURES ARE DIGITIZED IN THE ATTRIBUTES ARE THEN ADDED.
