CONSTRUCTION PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS: BY WYOMING STATE STATUTES REQUIRE EACH SUBDIVISION PLAT MAP MUST BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE. EACH PLAT MUST BE TIED TO THE CITY OF CHEYENNE LOCAL COORDINATE CONTROL GRID (WITHIN ONE MILE OF THE CITY LIMITS) AND TO A SECTION CORNER IN LARAMIE COUNTY. FURTHER DETAILS THROUGH CONTACT PERSONS.
