EACH PLAT MUST BE TIED TO THE CITY OF CHEYENNE LOCAL COORDINATE CONTROL GRID (WITHIN ONE MILE OF THE CITY LIMITS) AND TO A SECTION CORNER IN LARAMIE COUNTY.  FURTHER DETAILS THROUGH CONTACT PERSONS.
